Suitable for Large Surface Coverage

The length and width of a single board reach 2440mm and 1220mm, approximately 3 square meters. During installation, fewer boards can cover a larger area, enabling faster installation and laying.

Lightweight

When selecting building materials of the same thickness, the light weight of the board reduces the load on the building. Additionally, the construction method of fixing with metal hangers prevents cracking and peeling of the exterior wall, ensuring user safety.

Weather Resistance

Tested in a low-temperature freezer at -20°C to 2°C for 90 minutes, then taken out and melted in clear water at 20°C to 5°C for 30 minutes (one cycle). After 25 freeze-thaw cycles, no cracking or delamination occurs.

High Strength & Impact Resistance

Minimum flexural strength (parallel to fiber direction) ≥ 15 MPa; maximum flexural strength (perpendicular to fiber direction) ≥ 20 MPa. Tested in accordance with GB/T 15227-2007 *Testing Methods for Air Tightness, Water Tightness, and Wind Pressure Resistance of Building Curtain Walls*.

Thermal Insulation

With a low thermal conductivity (approximately 0.35 W/m·K), its excellent thermal insulation performance effectively improves the heat preservation effect of walls, reducing heat loss and achieving a “warm in winter and cool in summer” effect.

Self-Cleaning Surface

The board’s own waterproof performance effectively prevents outdoor liquids from penetrating. The unique lotus leaf effect makes raindrops falling on the board quickly condense into water droplets, which carry surface dust away rapidly.

Stirring processing
