Why Choose Us

Comparison with Similar Products from Peers

Cost-Effectiveness

With full certification for export to European markets, JOINBLING fiber cement boards deliver excellent cost-performance compared to similar brands. They meet international safety and durability standards while providing a reliable, affordable solution tailored to modern construction needs.

Superior Quality

Many counterfeit boards fail to meet basic flexural strength standards. In contrast, JOINBLING boards pass strict curtain wall performance tests, including air tightness, water resistance, wind pressure, and planar deformation. This ensures consistent strength, high density, and minimal warping or structural instability.

High Manufacturing Standards

Compared to low-grade products from asbestos-based or unregulated factories, JOINBLING boards offer superior quality—featuring uniform thickness, minimal surface defects, consistent texture, and stable color performance. These qualities ensure aesthetic consistency and long-term reliability in professional applications.

Generation process

Raw material preparation

We carefully select and proportion high-quality raw materials such as plant fibers, cement, silica, and additives. This step ensures the strength of the base layer of the fiber cement board, laying a solid foundation for its durability, dimensional stability, and resistance to harsh environmental conditions.

Stirring processing

All raw materials are mixed into a uniform slurry using an advanced automated system. The precise mixing process ensures uniform fiber distribution and stable composition, which is essential to ensure the consistent performance of each fiber cement board.

Pressure forming

The fully mixed slurry is pressed under high pressure to compact the material into a dense and hard board. The pressing process strengthens the structure of the fiber cement board and improves its ability to resist cracking, warping, and long-term wear and tear due to moisture or wind

Board Maintenance

After pressing, the raw board is moved into a controlled curing environment with strict temperature and humidity settings. This board curing process promotes cement hydration so that each board achieves the best mechanical properties and surface hardness.

烘干卸板机

Drying

Partially cured boards enter the drying room to remove excess moisture. Once dry, it is carefully unloaded and prepared for subsequent processing. This critical step prevents the finished fiber cement board from deforming, mold or internal stress.

Cutting

The dried boards are cut using automated precision cutting machines to form standard or custom sizes. Precise dimensions and smooth edges ensure installation efficiency and meet architectural design standards for fiber cement board applications.

Quality Inspection

Each fiber cement board undergoes a strict quality control process, including size, thickness, strength, and appearance inspections. Only boards that meet international standards such as CE or AS/NZS are approved for distribution.

Product storage

Finished boards are stacked and stored in moisture-proof, organized storage areas. Proper labeling, protective packaging, and inventory control ensure that fiber cement boards maintain quality during transportation and can be delivered quickly around the world.

FAQs – About Flooring Fiber Cement Board Subfloors

1. How many years can this raised floor system be used? Will it deform or crack after a long time?

The JOINBLING Raised Floor System is made of inorganic materials with natural components of granite and marble, featuring structural stability comparable to stone. Under normal use, it requires no maintenance, has a service life far exceeding that of ordinary cement floors, and will not deform or crack after long-term use.

The vertical load-bearing capacity of the JOINBLING Raised Floor System far exceeds conventional requirements. It will not be damaged even when placing heavy objects or under frequent trampling, fully meeting the load-bearing needs of homes, shopping malls, and other venues.

The JOINBLING Raised Floor System has a density only 1/4 that of traditional concrete, weighing as light as 30-40kg/m³. During old building renovations, no structural reinforcement is needed, and it can be directly laid, completely avoiding overload risks. Meanwhile, it supports convenient updates—simply replace the corresponding raised floor panels.

The JOINBLING Raised Floor System has obtained Class A1 certifications under both China’s GB8624 and the UK’s BS476 standards. It does not burn or produce toxic smoke when exposed to an open flame, with safety performance reaching the international top level.

The JOINBLING Raised Floor System supports dry construction, eliminating the need for cement curing. It can be directly cut and laid, saving 50% of the time compared to traditional processes.

The JOINBLING Raised Floor System panels have minimal flatness error upon delivery, allowing direct use as a base layer for laying floors, tiles, or applying floor paint—eliminating traditional leveling procedures and costs. Meanwhile, to address uneven installation positions, the raised floor system is equipped with an up-down adjustment system, helping customers level quickly with simple and convenient operation.
