Quick Installation Wall Panel System

Professional fire calcium silicate board

Professional fire calcium silicate board is a low-density, fire-specific calcium silicate board. Fire protection systems and products are custom-designed based on the scope and functional requirements of different buildings. These systems are applied in industrial and civil structures for high fire-resistance steel structure enclosures, fire-rated ducts, lightweight fire partitions, fire ceilings, cable sheathing, fire-rated curtains, smoke barriers, glass fire-rated spandrels, and other high-demand fire protection scenarios.

Fire enclosures utilize fire-rated boards to slow heat transfer to structural components, ensuring steel stability during fires. This provides critical time for safe evacuation, firefighting, and rescue operations.

Frequently asked questions

Does the "non-combustibility" of the floor slab meet A1 standards? Can test reports be provided?

Yes, the core slab has passed national A1 non-combustibility certification (GB8624-2012). Test reports are available upon request. Its inorganic material shows no combustion reaction even at 1000°C, meeting mandatory fire safety requirements for hospitals, labs, and similar facilities.

This spacing has been validated by lab tests:

Combined with heavy-duty I-beam keels (spacing designed by professionals), ensuring slab deflection < L/360;

Using M8 high-strength expansion bolts. Over-spacing (>250mm) will cause edge warping.

The mortar layer is critical for load-bearing and sound insulation and cannot be removed:

Thickness <30mm reduces impact sound insulation by 15dB;

Thickness >60mm increases self-weight (requires re-evaluating keel load capacity);

Recommended 40mm C25 fine aggregate mortar for balanced performance and weight.

Compatible with all mainstream finishes, but requires specific base treatments:

Tiles/Stone: Direct thin-layer bonding after mortar surface smoothing;

Wood Flooring/PVC: Apply floor adhesive after mortar leveling (stress-buffering recommended);

Epoxy Flooring: Apply primer after grinding the mortar layer.

Three-layer protection:

Galvanized steel keels (galvanization ≥275g/m²);

Moisture-resistant pads between slabs and keels;

Waterproof additives in mortar (permeability resistance P8), fully blocking moisture.

Frequently asked questions

What is the fire performance of this partition system? Does it truly meet the A1 non-combustibility rating?

Yes, our partition system strictly complies with the A1 non-combustibility standard. This means the panels do not burn under high temperatures, significantly enhancing building safety. Specifically, the system uses specially treated materials to ensure no harmful smoke or flammable emissions during fires, meeting international fire safety codes. It is safe for use in high-fire-risk areas (e.g., public buildings, residential partitions, or ceilings).

The 75500.8mm light steel keel spaced at 610mm intervals has passed tests for 9-level seismic resistance and load-bearing capacity. Panels are rigidly fixed to the keels via self-tapping screws (spaced 200mm apart), eliminating the need for extra reinforcement.

The system enhances load capacity through synergistic use of keels and rock wool. Single-point suspension strength reaches 50kg (e.g., air conditioners, wall decorations), meeting office furniture and commercial display requirements.

For optimal stability, we recommend standard 75500.8mm light steel keels spaced at 610mm—this configuration is rigorously tested to ensure adequate support. Non-standard sizes may be used only after consulting our technical team, but mismatched keels risk reduced stability or fire performance. Always prioritize “secure keel installation” to avoid future issues.

Panels are fixed to keels using M4 self-tapping screws spaced 200mm apart. Key guidelines:

Maintain 9.5mm from screw edges to panel borders.

Keep screws 50.8mm away from panel corners.

Avoid over-tightening to prevent panel damage.

This method ensures lightweight stability. Follow installation guides (e.g., balanced edge-to-keel alignment) for efficiency.

Through-Colored Fiber Cement Board

Installation System Structure

Panels can be arranged horizontally or vertically based on visual preferences. Keels are generally installed vertically, with spacing determined by panel dimensions and joint widths. The four corners of each panel use adjustable connection points, while the remaining points use fixed connections. The nail holes at adjustable connection points must be 2–4mm larger than the fastener diameter to facilitate stress release from panel surfaces.

Decorative Fasteners

For surface fastening, rivets can be used. The number of fasteners may be reduced as needed, and all connections can adopt fixed connection methods.

Frequently asked questions

How to choose the panel arrangement direction (horizontal/vertical)? Will it affect structural stability?

The arrangement direction (horizontal or vertical) can be freely selected based on visual preferences without compromising stability. Keels are typically arranged vertically, with spacing adjusted flexibly according to panel dimensions and joint widths to ensure support. Regardless of orientation, the system maintains structural integrity through scientifically distributed fixed and adjustable connection points.

Adjustable connection points refer to the four corner fixations of panels. Nail holes here must be 2-4mm larger than fasteners (e.g., an 8–10mm hole for a 6mm screw). This design relieves panel stress caused by temperature or humidity changes, preventing deformation or cracking and enhancing long-term stability.

Yes. Except for the four corners (mandatory adjustable points), other areas can use fixed connections (nail holes matching fastener diameter). Movable points release stress, while fixed points provide primary support. Together, they prevent panel deformation under dynamic loads. For decorative applications, full fixed connections (e.g., rivet solutions below) are also acceptable.

Yes. For decorative surfaces, rivets can replace screws with increased spacing (e.g., 300mm apart). Full fixed connections simplify installation while maintaining aesthetics, provided keel spacing aligns with panel dimensions.

No. The stress-relief design only optimizes nail hole sizing without altering the panel’s A1 fire rating or moisture resistance. Hole edges are sealed to prevent flame spread or moisture penetration, complying with safety standards.
