Applications of Siding Fiber Cement Boards

Outdoor Use: Suitable for various high-end buildings with a building height not exceeding 15 meters in all regions, such as detached villas, townhouses, garden architecture, park buildings, leisure resort buildings, clubhouse buildings in residential communities, and exterior walls, eaves, gables, and skylight openings of senior craft workshop buildings. The continuous length of each wall should be controlled below 30 meters.

Indoor Use: Suitable for partition walls, ceiling decoration, exhibitions, and indoor decoration with special aesthetic requirements.

It is a non-combustible material that complies with the GB8624-2012 standard. The test results show it reaches Class A1 non-combustibility, producing no smoke or toxic odors, allowing customers to use it with confidence.

Lightweight

Density ≥ 1.20 (g/cm³). The light weight of the board reduces the load on buildings. Meanwhile, the lightweight board is suitable for exterior wall renovation of old buildings, featuring a short construction period and convenient operation.

Generation Process

Raw Material Preparation

We carefully select and proportion high-quality raw materials such as plant fibers, cement, silica and additives. Mixing Process

All raw materials are mixed into a uniform slurry using an advanced automated system. The precise mixing process ensures uniform fiber distribution and stable composition, which is essential to ensure the consistent performance of each fiber cement board.

Pressurization
